The City of Tallahassee owns two public parking garages and two surface lots. Parking meters are also managed by the City of Tallahassee. Please call the City of Tallahassee at 850-891-4968 for any questions.

Kleman Plaza Parking Garage / 306 S. Duval Street (View Map)

This large underground parking garage is located downtown, below Kleman Plaza. Kleman Plaza.

• Hourly + Permit parking entrances are located on the Duval Street (east) side and on the Bronough Street (west) side of the garage.

Parking is available either as needed or at a flat monthly rate.

Payments

Cashiers are available to receive cash payments from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Outside those times, payments are handled by an automated payment kiosk at the top of Kleman Plaza. It can take cash (up to $20 bills) and debit/credit cards. Each gate is also equipped to take debit/credit cards. No cashiers are present on Sunday although the garage remains open for parking. Special event parking rates at this garage will be posted on-site and may apply outside normal operating hours.

Calhoun Eastside Parking Garage / 215 S. Calhoun Street (View Map)

This parking garage is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of East College Avenue and Calhoun Street.

• Hourly + Permit parking entrance is located on the Calhoun Street (west) side of the garage.
• Permit Only parking entrances (2) are located on the East College Avenue (north) side of the garage.

Payments

Cashiers are available to receive cash payments from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. Special event parking rates at this garage will be posted on-site and may apply outside normal operating hours.

Cascades Parking Garage / 850 S. Gadsden Street (View Map)

This parking garage is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of South Gadsden Street and East Bloxham Street.

• Hourly + Permit parking entrance is located on the South Gadsden Street (east) side of the garage.

Payments

Payments can be made at the pay-on-foot kiosks or at the exit gate kiosk. Parking Ambassadors are available for assistance from 7:30 a.m. to midnight Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to midnight Saturday and Sunday. Special event parking rates at this garage will be posted on-site and may apply outside normal operating hours.

Surface Lots

Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the City's expense. Special event parking rates at these lots will be posted on-site.

• Duval Street near Gaines Street (View Map). This lot contains monthly permit parking ($30/month) as well as hourly meter parking.
• Bronough Street and Gaines Street (View Map). All spaces at this lot are available to use by monthly permit only ($20/month).

Parking Meters

Visitors and residents must pay to use metered parking spaces around Tallahassee, Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. unless otherwise noted. All other times, including nights, weekends and official City Holidays (see COT 20-105) do not require payment to use unless otherwise marked during special events. Please be aware of parking meter ordinances before parking in a City-operated parking space.
